LARCHMONT, N.Y.-- Sunshine Coffee Roasters is nearing completion of its renovation with the goal of reopening on Tuesday, April 4.

In a message written on the shop's Facebook page, Co-Owner Michael Contopoulos praised "the best contractor in New York, Danny Lazzara" and his "wonderful architect Rick Yestadt."

"We can't wait to see our regulars and introduce our freshly roasted coffee (yes, we roast, not just brew, our coffee in the shop) to new coffee lovers.

"Our coffee and espresso, featuring different regions and roasts will open your eyes to how unbelievably nuanced and flavorful coffee can be. And now the look and feel of our shop rivals the hottest places in Brooklyn and Manhattan and does the town and our coffee justice. We hope you'll agree."
