Stillman will use the space in the 223,000-square-foot building, leased from owner RPW Group, as its expanded and relocated corporate headquarters. It will accommodate the growth the company is experiencing across its property services, co-op building management and condominium property management businesses.

Budd Wiesenberg, a vice president in CBRE’s Fairfield and Westchester County office represented Stillman in the lease. “Stillman’s executive team was hands on and committed to the success of this initiative and kept a keen focus on details throughout the leasing process,” Wiesenberg said. "It was a true pleasure to work with such seasoned real estate professionals on this important initiative.”

A third generation firm headed by Roy, Andrew and Jeffrey Stillman, it will relocate from a Mamaroneck office building that it previously owned and in which it remained as a tenant following a 2012 sale-leaseback transaction.

“We’re excited about this move, which will allow our different operating groups to work together on a single floor,” said Roy Stillman, the company’s president. “This new space will also allow for future growth.”

“Our new facility at 440 Mamaroneck Ave. will incorporate new technology while enhancing our clients’ experiences as well,'' added Stillman Vice President Jeffrey Stillman. "It will have numerous conference rooms, where we can meet with them, and ample on-site parking. We look forward to occupying this space and continuing our strong tradition of excellent property management.”

A move is anticipated for the spring of 2015.
