LARCHMONT, N.Y. – The Larchmont brokerage of Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty recently welcomed a new agent, Janet Demasi, to its office.
Demasi, who has over 30 years of real estate experience in Westchester County, is a longtime Mamaroneck resident.
She joined Sotheby’s International Realty as a sales agent; her most recent position was as an award-winning broker for Westchester County’s Weichert Real Estate.
“Janet epitomizes the qualities and skills necessary for being a top-notch professional in the field,” Carolyn Fugere, manager of Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty’s Larchmont brokerage, said in a press release.
“She continually puts her clients first, while also making sure to maintain great integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, and effective negotiation skills while building an incredible professional network along the way,” Fugere added.
“I am thrilled to welcome her to the team, and look forward to seeing the positive impact she will have,” she said.
Demasi is a board member of several community organizations, including I CARE, the Larchmont/Mamaroneck Board of Continuing Education, and the Town of Mamaroneck Board of Assessment Review.
“The ‘client first’ philosophy has always been my best approach,” Demasi said in a press release.
“It requires me to repeatedly improve my skills and ways of doing business, as well as be a good listener and effective communicator.”
“Finding the perfect home is one of the most important decisions you will make, and it is my goal to be there for all of my clients every step of the way.”
Demasi graduated from Bernard Baruch School of Business at City University of New York, and earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration from New York University.
