Pureganic Cafe Opens In Rye Offering Gluten Free, Vegan Meals

RYE, N.Y. -- Rye residents looking for organic, plant-based food have found their new home.

Pureganic Cafe recently opened at 46 Purchase Street. The restaurant is owned by Moshira Soliman, a clinical nutritionist who wants to introduce children to a healthy lifestyle. Everything in the store is gluten-free and made on the premises

"Food is my passion," Soliman said. 

Popular items include vegan meatball sliders, organic granola, vegan cookies and gluten free brownies.
