WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. Beatrice C. Palmer died April 23 at her home in White Plains. She was 95.
Palmer was born May 26, 1916 in Palmyra, Va., to George and Clara Carter. She was a member of the Union Baptist Church in White Plains and the Fairview Women's Republican Club.
She was predeceased by a son, Steven Palmer; her husband, Alexander Palmer; a brother, John Carter; and four sisters, Pearl Evans, Margaret Baskett, Clara Carter and Mary McLee. She is survived by a sister, Catherine Hanks, of Silver Springs, Md., and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation begins at 9 a.m., immediately followed by funeral services at 10 a.m., at Union Baptist Church in White Plains.
