HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- Lucille T. Momme of Hyde Park, died Friday, March 17. She was 89.
Born Dec. 17, 1927 in Poughkeepsie, Momme was the daughter of the late William and Ellen Teater Whitman. She worked for the National Park Service at the Roosevelt – Vanderbilt National Historic Sites in Hyde Park for many years until her retirement.
She is survived by her son, Donald F. Momme and wife, Colleen Gresch, of the Town of Clinton; brother, Roger Whitman and wife, Helen, of Poughkeepsie; sister, Sylvia Erlandson of Hyde Park; and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no calling hours. Cremation will take place and her ashes will be buried in the family plot in Union Cemetery of Hyde Park at the convenience of her family.
