Cecilia "Ce-Ce" Gerlach, 35, allegedly took a homeless teen boy to "Tent City," an unlicensed mass gathering with no access to public utilities in July 2020, WFMZ reports citing the Lehigh County District Attorney's office.
The teen boy told investigators that while he was there, he was subjected to sexual solicitation, the outlet says.
