Arthur H. Disanto Jr., 41, has been on the lam since July 3 when he allegedly shot and wounded a woman in her apartment in Media, according to NJ.com.
Pennsylvania State Police spotted Disanto in Marple Township on Aug. 24, but he fled, igniting a pursuit through Delaware County and ending in Washington Township just before midnight, the outlet reports.
An exchange of gunfire left Disanto and a New Jersey municipal police officer wounded.
