Michael Bragg, 41, of Chambersburg, is being held in Franklin County Prison awaiting trial, according to a prior release from the attorney general’s office.
That's where he's been since an investigation by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office that determined he secretly filmed 206 patients at UPMC Carlisle in 2019, authorities said.
Bragg was also charged with possessing child porn files and manufacturing videos “neighborhood children '' using the restroom, according to the criminal complaint.
Anyone who believes they were treated by Bragg at UPMC Carlisle's emergency room between January 2019 and April 19, 2019, are encouraged to call the Child Predator Hotline at 800-385-1044.
