Three locations will distribute up to three gallons of water per household to residents beginning at 11 a.m. :

  • 1401 W. Lafayette Ave., Harlem Park Elementary/Middle School
  • 3301 Waterview Ave., Middle Branch Park
  • 500 3rd Ave., Landsdowne Library

Although the Baltimore DPW is providing jugs for water, they are encouraging residents to bring their own containers as well. A water buffalo will be available at the Landsdowne Library and the Middle Branch Park locations.

The discovery impacts 1,500 residential and commercial buildings in the 9th District.

The DPW asks businesses and residents from Riggs Avenue to W. Franklin Street, north to south, along with Carey Street to Pulaski Street, east to west, to boil water.
