LARCHMONT, N.Y. -- For the ninth consecutive year, librarian Frank Connelly will perform the Charles Dickens classic "A Christmas Carol" at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 15 at the Larchmont Library, 121 Larchmont Ave.
