North Salem Lions Hold Annual Golf Outing

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. -- The North Salem Lions teed off last week for their biggest fundraiser of the year.

The Lions Club held its 49th anniversary and golf outing on Aug. 29 at Salem Golf Club to raise money for various charities and causes.

“This event is all about having fun and bringing the community together. We appreciate everyone coming out to help support some great charities”," said Robert Loeb, President of the North Salem Lions Club.

The Lion's Club supported the Cooley's Anemia Foundation and Visions, a charity that provides services for the blind.

The event featured 90 Golfers this year and concluded with celebratory award
