Friday, Aug. 31
Fridays with Franklin: All day. Come meet Franklin, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Franklin the dog enjoys being read to - and any other attention, as well. The Voracious Reader, 1997 Palmer Ave., Larchmont.
Rhythm and Rhyme: 10 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. For toddlers ages 1 1/2 to 3 years old at 10 a.m.; and babies 3 months to 1 1/2-years-old at 10:45 a.m. Help your child develop a love of language and literacy. This program teaches new songs, rhymes and finger plays, while celebrating old Mother Goose favorites like "Itsy Bitsy Spider." Registration is limited to Larchmont Library card holders.
