  • Plates Restaurant and Catering offers free range turkeys from Misty Knoll Farms in Vermont, which you can order raw, brined or cooked in any size. The restaurant also offers a complete lineup of full meals and sides, including poached cranberry sauce with warm spices and port wine and stuffing with sausage, sage and celery. • Pick a turkey, any turkey at Larchmont Meateria, where owner T.J. Guglielmo says he sells between 800 and 1,000 uncooked turkeys and about 60 cooked ones. This full-service butcher shop offers everything from kosher to organic to fresh all-natural, along with an array of duck and filet mignon ("Not everyone gets a turkey," said Guglielmo). You'll also find three kinds of stuffings: traditional, sausage and chestnut (the most popular) and fruit, along with a host of other goodies. Call by Monday Nov. 24 (ideally!) to order. Talk Turkey: 9 Addison St., Larchmont, (914) 834-9722.
  • Let the folks at Cosmo & Alex Pisano in Mamaroneck know what you want and consider your holiday headaches erased. • Pies are among Bradley's specialties. Choose from pumpkin, apple crumb, pecan, mixed berry and apple crumb and apple strudel. Ideal to order early though there will be pies available up until Thanksgiving day. Talk Turkey: 2 Chatsworth Ave., Larchmont,  (914) 833-1095.
