NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Some Good Samaritans in New Rochelle are hoping to reunite a missing pit bull with its family.

A male pit bull was found on Hamilton Avenue near the tennis court over the weekend and has since been taken to the Humane Society of Westchester in New Rochelle.

Anyone with information regarding the dog or its owners have been asked to contact the Humane Society by calling (914) 632-2925.
