LARCHMONT, N.Y. -- The Larchmont Avenue Church will hold its annual fundraising rummage sale from Thursday, April 30, to Saturday, May 2.

The rummage sale takes place at the church, 60 Forest Park Ave., from 7-9 p.m. April 30, 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. May 1 and 9 a.m.-noon May 2.

“I love the camaraderie of all of the people who donate their time, and I love the look on people’s faces when they find a treasure," said organizer Myra Hiemstra. The rummage sale has drawn crowds for its selection of new and used clothing, electronics, furniture, toys, sporting goods, jewelry and more for over 30 years.

Proceeds from the sale go to LAC's annual community grant program. The program funds mission partners of LAC and addresses causes including hunger, homelessness and mental health.
