WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident resulted in delays on northbound I-95 in Larchmont on Monday morning.
The accident, between Chatsworth Avenue in Larchmont and Playland Parkway, was reported at 9:10 a.m. It was blocking the shoulder after originally blocking two lanes.
