WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. AND FAIRFIELD COUNTY, N.Y. – An accident on the Hutchinson River Parkway on the New York and Connecticut border snarled traffic beginning around 7:30 a.m. on Friday morning before being cleared toward the end of the morning commute.
The accident occurred on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway between Ridge Street and King Street in Port Chester.
