MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- A car fire resulted in the closure of two lanes on southbound I-95 in Mamaroneck on Tuesday morning before the lanes reopened by 8:30 a.m.

The incident, reported at 7:55 a.m., was between Mamaroneck Avenue (Exit 18B) and Fenimore Road (Exit 18A) and initially resulted in stopped traffic.
