NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. A car flipped on the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway late Tuesday night in New Rochelle. The accident, between exits 19 and 20, closed the left lane, causing minor delays.
Emergency responders are at the scene. Further details were not available late last night.
Traffic is moving slowly around the accident. The northbound parkway is also experiencing minor delays due to rubbernecking.
