MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- After seven environmental film screenings, the Green Screen Film Festival concludes Monday with a showing of Carbon Nation.
The festival , which began March 3 with a special showing of The Lorax for $5 at the Mamaroneck Clearview Playhouse, is a tri-municipal event organized by the Village of Mamaroneck Committee on the Environment.
A poll posted on The Daily Mamaroneck found that 33 percent of voters were most interested in seeing The Lorax and Gasland.
Carbon Nation is documentary that addresses climate change and explores solutions. It will be shown at the Mamaroneck Town Center, conference room C, at 7:30 p.m. After the film, George Klein, a Sierra Club activist, will hold a Q&A session.
