MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Someone exercising at the New York Sports Club on 1924 Palmer Ave. Feb. 22, reported that their jacket, containing keys and a cell phone, was stolen. The following incidents were also reported to the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department. Larceny: An unauthorized charge of $150 was made to a checking account Feb. 22. Accident: A village woman, 54, driving a 1995 Chevrolet, ran into a sign on S. Barry Avenue Feb. 19 at around 1:50 p.m. She showed signs of weakness, but refused medical attention at the scene. Identity Theft: An unknown person opened a credit card in a Park Avenue resident's name, in addition to several other accounts. The matter is under investigation.
