The exhibit will open Sept. 5 and continue through Sept. 30. There will also be a free reception in the Gallery for Fugazzi on Sept. 7, from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
According to a recent news release from the library, Fugazzi paints on many different surfaces such as canvas, wood, glass, metal, stone and paper, with a bold and colorful style.
The “Expressions” exhibit features many of the artist’s latest paintings, hand-painted glassware and lighted vases. Her “Sunflower Collection” is a series of paintings constructed on four separate canvases to form one design.
