I-95 Crash Causes Stop-And-Go Delays

The multi-vehicle crash, reported at 5:30 p.m., occurred on the southbound side of I-95 between Exit 19 (Playland Parkway) and Exit 18 (Mamaroneck Avenue) with stop-and-go delays to Midland Avenue (Exit 22).
