Larchmont Cops Charge Teens With Drug Possession

LARCHMONT, N.Y. – Two Village of Mamaroneck residents were charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana Dec. 6, shortly before a Larchmont resident was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, according to the Larchmont Police blotter.

Police said Alexander Pickel, 19, and a minor, 17, were observed in a car on Brittany Lane by Larchmont Police. The officers seized an undisclosed amount of marijuana, scales, plastic bags and cash from Pickel's car, which was impounded, police reports said. Both parties were released on $250 bail.

Officers later arrested a Brittany Lane resident, 18, after they saw him smoking a marijuana cigarette near his home. He was released on his own recognizance.
