LARCHMONT, N.Y. - A Larchmont woman was shocked to find $3,000 in total transactions made in Saudi Arabia on her credit card. The Clark Court resident reported the fraudulent charges Nov. 22.
The following incidents were also reported in the Larchmont Police blotter from Nov. 19 to Nov. 26.
Criminal Mischief : A Larchmont police officer on routine patrol on Nov. 18 discovered graffiti on the handball court in Flint Park.
Larceny : A Larchmont Department of Public Works worker reported on Nov. 21 that he discovered meters in Lot 2, on the Connecticut-bound side of the train station, had been damaged and coins totaling $200 had been removed.
Larceny : A Town of Mamaroneck resident reported on Nov. 24 that her purse was stolen while she was at a Larchmont Avenue restaurant.
Vehicle and Traffic Law Arrest : A Village of Mamaroneck man was arrested on Nov. 26 and charged with operating with a suspended license after he was observed operating his vehicle on Boston Post Rd and committing a traffic infraction. The vehicle was impounded and the operator was released on $200 bail.
Larchmont police also responded to 11 burglar alarms, seven motor vehicle accidents, four aided cases and 73 other calls for service.
