Larchmont Man Resists Arrest in Woodbine Park, Cops Say

LARCHMONT, N.Y. – A 24-year-old Larchmont man ran from Larchmont Police who were responding to a report of a man using drugs in Woodbine Park Feb. 17, police said. The Beach Avenue man was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was released on $200 bail.

The follow incidents were also reported in the Larchmont Police Department blotter between Feb. 11 and Feb. 18. Vehicle and Traffic Law Arrest : A Town of Mamaroneck man was arrested and charged Feb. 14 with operating a vehicle with a suspended license after police saw him committing a traffic infraction while driving on Boston Post Road. The vehicle was impounded and the driver was released on his own recognizance.

Larceny : A New Rochelle resident reported on Feb. 14 that someone stole his bicycle, valued at $1,000, from the bicycle rack in Lot 3 above the north-bound side of the Larchmont train station.
