The Spina family haven't given up either, and are offering a $40,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction, and Detective Richie Carroll, who has worked the case from day one, recently worked with television show "Crime Watch Daily" to try to get some new leads on the cold case, said Lohud.com.

Carroll, who said the one big obstacle has been a lack of any kind of eyewitness, told lohud.com the department is looking at different avenues, and believes the case is going in a good direction, but doesn't feel they are close to an arrest, yet, added Lohud.com.
