Mamaroneck Planning Board Cancels Yacht Club Public Hearing

MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- The Planning Board's public hearing scheduled for Wednesday on the 2013 Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht Club (MBYC) Amended Site Plan Application has been cancelled, the village announced.

The Yacht Club's request for an extension remains on the agenda.

The hearing was cancelled due to incomplete application materials.

The hearing was "for the purpose of reviewing and accepting public comment on a proposal to construct a new sewage pump station and sanitary force main on the MBYC property."

However, the MBYC's request for an extension to begin and complete construction based on a Dec. 9, 2010, Planning Board resolution remains on the agenda.
