Mamaroneck Police Arrest Larceny Suspect

MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Village of Mamaroneck Police arrested a 23-year-old White Plains woman in connection with a missing laptop computer reported stolen Nov. 18. She is being charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.

The following incidents were also reported in the Village of Mamaroneck Police blotter from Dec. 2 to Dec 8.

Larceny: A village resident reported Dec. 8 that their car was broken into and several items were stolen, including stereo equipment and a playstation. The Fayette Avenue resident's window was broken to gain entry.

Larceny: An unknown person used a Mamaroneck Avenue resident's debit card number to make purchases of approximately $680.

Stolen Vehicle: A village resident reported their 1998 Honda stolen. The vehicle was parked and unoccupied on Washington Street and was reportedly stolen Dec. 4 sometime between 1 a.m. and 6:50 a.m.

V+T Complaint: A Bronx man, 21, driving on Lester Avenue Dec. 4, fled after police stopped him for a traffic infraction. He had a revoked license, according to the blotter report.
