Mamaroneck Residents Can Donate Furniture To Families In Need

MAMARONECK, N.Y. – The Town of Mamaroneck, Village of Larchmont and Furniture Sharehouse are collecting gently used furniture to donate to families in need.

Residents can drop off the furniture at the Maxwell Avenue Facility, at 40 Maxwell Ave., Mamaroneck.

The furniture will be distributed to families who have recently moved out of homeless shelters, escaped domestic violence or recovered from disasters.

Drop-offs will be accepted at the following times:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday – 8 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
(Closed Wednesday)

Furniture Sharehouse is an organization that provides free furniture to economically disadvantaged people living in Westchester County.
