Mamaroneck Town Police Bombarded With Larcenies

MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Town police officers received three reports of fourth-degree grand larceny on Dec. 9, according to the Town of Mamaroneck Police blotter. Grand Larceny : A Winged Foot Drive woman, 50, reported  nine items stolen, including her camera, leopard print handbag worth $750 and several credit cards sometime between Dec. 9 and Dec. 10. Grand Larceny : A Durham Road woman, 48, reported her silver iPod, worth $400, a basket of Neutrogena cosmetics, worth $400, and Lands End clothes, worth $500, stolen sometime between Dec. 9 around midnight and Dec. 10 around 10 a.m. Grand Larceny : The Acura dealership on 2155 Palmer Avenue reported four 18-inch rims, worth $1,700, and four black Michelin Tires, worth $1,100, stolen from the lot. The suspect is unknown and the incident is under investigation.
