MAMARONECK, N.Y. Two men were arrested Jan. 28 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of marijuana and phencyclidine, better known as PCP, according to the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department blotter. A village man, 24, was driving with a Larchmont man, 25, in the passenger seat on Underhill Avenue Jan. 28 when he hit a parked and unoccupied car a 2006 Infiniti. He then left the scene of the accident, according to police reports. Soon after, a police officer located and stopped the car a 2003 Toyota and charged the driver with DWI for drugs. The officer issued the driver a summons for leaving the scene of an auto accident, with property damage, and for driving without a license.
Seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance is a Class A misdemeanor.
