Property Stolen from Unlocked Car in Larchmont

LARCHMONT, N.Y. -- A Larchmont resident reported on Dec. 6 that more than $2,000 in property was removed from his car, which was parked and unlocked in his driveway. 

The following incidents were also reported in the Larchmont Police Blotter from Dec. 3 to Dec. 10.

Vehicle and Traffic Law Arrest: A New Rochelle man was arrested on Dec. 3 and charged with operating with suspended driving privileges. Police stopped him for a traffic infraction. The vehicle was impounded and the operator was released on $200 bail.

Larceny: A Parkway resident reported on Dec. 6 that someone removed property, valued at $100, from a package which had been delivered and left at the front door of the house.

Larchmont Police Officers also responded to 13 burglar alarms, six motor vehicle accidents, 10 aided cases and 47 other calls for service.
