Thanks For Stopping By During Office Hours

MAMARONECK, N.Y. - Thank you to all who stopped by Starbucks during Wednesday's office hours, the morning after the 64th annual Fireman's Carnival kicked off at Harbor Island.

Some residents, enjoying a cold drink on another hot morning, reflected on attending the first day of the event, while others looked forward to attending before it ends July 5. Suzanne Moffett flew in from California Tuesday night just to attend the annual Fireman's parade. Moffet was born in Mamaroneck, but raised in Arizona with her sister. Both return to Mamaroneck every summer to attend the parade and the carnival.

Katherine Young, a Mamaroneck resident, plans on attending the carnival, which her son Christopher worked on for several years as a volunteer with the Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department. Chritopher is now in college.

If you couldn't make it and would like to see us move our office hours to another time or location, please let us know.
