Red Mango experienced a rush of frozen-yogurt happy families Wednesday, some of whom weighed in on President Barack Obama signing the Budget Control Act of 2011. The prevailing theme was that it had to be done, but many, including Robert Witters, were upset that Congress took so long to pass a bill. Witters went so far as to say the process was a joke.
