The 9/11 Decade: Are You Optimistic?

MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Since the Sept. 11 attacks almost 10 years ago, Americans have fought two long wars, endured financial crisis and widespread unemployment, suffered from Hurricane Katrina and other natural disasters and watched intense political divisiveness.
