MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- For parents like Tanya Snyder, Halloween started early Monday with the annual Halloween Parade at Mamaroneck High School.
Like many of the parents assembled around the track and playground, Snyder's camera was out and ready for when the pre-kindergarten through fifth graders made their grand procession through the school and outside.
