LarchmontMamaroneck Senior Center Art Show : All day. This is the 39th annual exhibit featuring the works of 25 seniors attending the art class led by artist and instructor Patricia Sutherland. Artwork, which includes oils, watercolor, acrylic, pastels and graphic pencil, will be hung in the Larchmont Library's Orseman Gallery throughout April. Larchmont Library, 121 Larchmont Ave.
Village Board of Trustees Work Session : 5:30 p.m. The board will discuss a proposed local law to amend chapter 126 of the village code to create expiration dates for building permits. Also on the agenda is a discussion on the comprehensive plan errata sheet. Regatta Conference Room, 123 Mamaroneck Ave.
Village Tree Committee Meeting : 7:30 p.m. This committee will meet in the Regatta Conference Room, 123 Mamaroneck Ave.
Tuesday, April 3
Beginner Computer Classes : 10 a.m. Computer beginners will learn how to use a mouse and other basic computer skills at the Mamaroneck Library. Each class consists of two sessions during the course of a week and participants must attend both sessions. The second class will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Call 698-1250 x3 to reserve a space. Mamaroneck Lions Club Meeting : 12:15 p.m. The Lions Club meets every Tuesday at Chef Antonio Ristorante on 551 Halstead Ave.
Village Budget Work Session : 5:30 p.m. The board of trustees will meet with department heads to discuss the tentative 2012-13 budget . Village courtroom, 169 Mount Pleasant Ave.
F.E. Bellows Books Fair : 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. The PTSA Bellows Book Fair will be held during school from 8:30 a.m. through 4 p.m. Then it will re-open from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. It will be held again Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Bellows Auditorium, 200 Carroll Ave.

Mamaroneck School Board Study Session : 7:30 p.m. The board will continue their discussion of the recommended 2012-13 budget . Mamaroneck High School Library Classroom.
Wednesday, April 4
Mamaroneck Town Board Work Session/Meeting : 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. The board will hold a work session in conference room C to review the costs to the Westchester Joint Water Works of filtering water out of Rye Lake, as mandated by New York State. Following the work session, the board will reconvene for its regular meeting at 8 p.m. in the courtroom. The board will consider authorizing a $5,000 transfer to the capitol plan budget for the replacement of one police car, which it estimated to be $30,000. The vehicle costs $35,000.
Rye Neck Board of Education Budget Hearing : 7:30 p.m. The Rye Neck School Board will hold their second public hearing on their budget in the high school library.
Village Council of the Arts Meeting : 7 p.m. The council of the arts will meet in the multi-purpose room of Mamaroneck Library.
Village Ethics Board Meeting : 7:30 p.m. This board will meet in the village courtroom, 169 Mount Pleasant Ave.
Improvolympics : 7:30 p.m. The Improvolympics is a performing arts fundraiser hosted by Mamaroneck High School's PACE program, in which students, faculty, alumni and parents form teams and compete in dance, music and theater improvisation. The funds will go toward the purchase of a new dance floor for the PACE classroom. PACE Theatre, Mamaroneck High School.
