MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Residents will have several opportunities to get involved in their local government this week.
Monday
The Village of Mamaroneck Avenue Task Force Committee will meet at 12:30 p.m. at the Regatta.
The Village Board of Trustees will hold a work session at 5:30 p.m. in the Regatta Conference Room. The board will immediately make a motion to go into executive session, then reconvene around 6 p.m. It will continue its discussion of both the comprehensive plan and the road to nowhere project. The board may take action to reconsider bids for the flood mitigation project, which would remove a portion of Glendale Road that extends into the Mamaroneck River. For the full agenda, click here.
The town Board of Architectural Review will meet at 8 p.m. in the Town Center, Conference Room C, where it will consider a sign permit for Summit Physical Therapy on 1420 Boston Post Rd. For the full agenda, click here.
Tuesday
The Town Board will hold a special meeting at 10 a.m. in the Town Center, Conference Room A, to continue its discussion on the tentative 2012 budget.
The Village Budget Committee will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Courtroom.
Wednesday
The Village Planning Board meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. is cancelled.
