MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Residents will have plenty of opportunities to get involved in their local government this week.
The village Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the Regatta Conference Room.
The town board will hold a work session at 5 p.m. in Conference Room A, then reassemble for its regular meeting at 8 p.m. in the Town Center Courtroom. The board will hold two public hearings to discuss bonding capital projects for the Garbage District No. 1 - a $190,000 bond to buy a new refuse collection vehicle - and the Sewer District No. 1 - a $65,000 bond to replace the 23-year-old pumps at the Baldwin Avenue Pump Station and provide a general upgrade. The village Council of the Arts will meet at 7 p.m. in the Mamaroneck Library's Multi-Purpose Room.
The Village Ethics Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Courtroom.
The Village Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Courtroom.
