In this role, Franco will oversee fundraising and donor cultivation for the organization, building on existing and new relationships between the hospital and the community.

Franco is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in development, public affairs, government relations and corporate citizenship. Franco was most recently a senior vice president and the executive director of the Foundation for Cape Cod Healthcare in Massachusetts.
Prior to that, she was president of the foundation and vice president of public affairs at Norwalk Hospital for nearly eight years, where she designed and implemented broad-based fundraising operations at the Hospital, raising $82 million dollars during her time there.
In addition to her extensive fundraising experience, Franco brings significant corporate expertise to her new position, having worked at GE Capital managing government and community relations and fund disbursement globally for nearly a decade. She holds a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Merrimack College.
