Eleanor Foley, 91, Longtime Mamaroneck Resident

MAMARONECK, N.Y. – Eleanor A. Foley, a longtime Mamaroneck resident, died June 9. She was 91. 

Foley was born Feb. 9, 1921, in Mamaroneck to Theodore and Agnes Garvey Archer. She was a parishioner of Most Holy Trinity Church, past regent of Catholic Daughters and a member of the Columbiettes. Foley also volunteered with the Hudson Valley Blood Bank. 

She is survived by four sons, H. (Sharon) Foley Jr., Richard A. (Linda) Foley, Theodore A. (Kathy) Foley and Brian A. (Kathleen) Foley; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Her husband of 50 years, Kenneth H. Foley Sr., died on Nov. 12, 1992. 

A funeral Mass was celebrated Tuesday at Most Holy Trinity Church. Coxe and Graziano Funeral Home handled arrangements. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society
