Esther Gritz Neuringer, 65, Of Mamaroneck

MAMRONECK, N.Y. - Esther Gritz Neuringer of Mamaroneck died March 18. She was 65.

Neuringer was born in Washington, D.C., to Harry and Annie Gritz. She attended the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, and later, after marriage, settled with her family in Mamaroneck in 1974.

Neuringer is survived by her husband, Clark; children, Shane, Keir, Megan; one grandson. She was predeceased by her daughter, Sybil.

Funeral is Wednesday March 20 12 p.m., Zion Memorial Chapel, 785 E Boston Post Rd., Mamaroneck.

Donations in Neuringer’s honor may be made to Pathways to Care (a program of WJCS) and New Rochelle Humane Society.
