LARCHMONT, N.Y. – Mildred Oswald, of Larchmont, died Saturday, April 9. She was 94.
She was born March 2, 1922, to John and Ellen Gleason. She worked for many years in secretarial positions and was a parishioner of St. Augustine's Church.
She was married to the late Thomas Oswald.
She is survived by her children, Thomas Oswald, Jacqueline McFarland (Jim) and Kate Moriarty (John); and grandchildren, Thomas, Kerry, Kristie and Kimmy Oswald, John and Michael Moriarty, and Britteny Braegelmann.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her siblings, Huey, Kathy and Margaret.
To honor her life, family and friends will gather on from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home, 767 E. Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck. A funeral Mass will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, followed by interment at St. Mary's Cemetery.
