MAMARONECK, N.Y. - Police said that a second man has been charged with conspiracy to distribute marijuana, a felony stemming from a marijuana growing operation on Baldwin Avenue.
Police said William Centeno lived at the residence in question, which was raided in December. During the raid, police said they found 31 marijuana plants in the house. A second man, Elefterios Kehagias of the Bronx, was charged in December when the plants were first found.
