Fight Ends With A Bite In Mamaroneck, Police Say

MAMARONECK, N.Y. – A Mamaroneck woman, 52, told police that another village woman, 62, bit her during an argument late last Thursday night on Fenimore Road.

The woman was arrested and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, police said.

The Village of Mamaroneck Police Department received the following reports during the past week.

Arrest: A village man, 32, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana last Thursday night on Stanley Avenue.

Burglary: A North Wagner Avenue woman reported May 8 that someone entered her home and stole a laptop computer sometime between 11:15 a.m. and 2 p.m. Police are investigating the matter.

Larceny: A village man reported May 6 that someone stole his 1978 Chevrolet from the detached garage to his home. The theft happened sometime between May 4 and 6.
