Mamaroneck Accident Involves 7-Year-Old Girl

MAMARONECK, N.Y. – A 7-year-old girl was given a medical check on Saturday after a two-car accident on Rushmore Avenue left her with pains in her arm.

Village police also contacted Mamaroneck Emergency Medical Services to help at the scene, as well as the Fire Department to wash down the area around 1:30 p.m.

 Also in this week’s blotter:

  • Village of Mamaroneck Police responded to a call from a gas station on Palmer Road Friday evening after a car accidentally drove off with the gas nozzle still attached to the car. The motorist and clerk were able to exchange insurance information at the scene.
  • Sometime between July 22 and July 27, someone broke into an Old White Plains Road home. According to the police report, the homeowners did not report anything missing from the residence.
  • Village Police issued four summonses to individuals at Harbor Island Park early Friday morning for being in the park during prohibited hours.  Two 20-year-old women, a 21-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man were issued the village code violation summonses around 3 a.m. according to the police report. Prohibited hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and are posted on a sign in the park.
