Mamaroneck Police Charge Florida Man With DWI

MAMARONECK, N.Y. - A Florida man was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation of a vehicle after being stopped on a traffic violation, according to Village of Mamaroneck police.

Garry Mays, 54, of St. Petersburg, was stopped on East Boston Post Road at 10:30 a.m., Monday, according to the police report.

Unlicensed Operation Of A Vehicle A 46-year-old New Fairfield, Conn., man was stopped on Waverly Avenue around 5 p.m., Monday, on a traffic violation and was charged with unlicensed vehicle operation, according to police.

Tree Damage Police were sent to examine a property on Tuesday after a Fayette Avenue resident complained that a neighboring business was damaging trees on his property. According to the report, the resident said trees have been previously damaged and he wanted the incident documented.
