MAMARONECK, N.Y. – A New Rochelle man has been arrested in the Village of Mamaroneck for the third time in the past two weeks, according to police reports.
Jason Disisto, 20, was charged late on July 22 with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, after he was accused of shouting obscenities in public and unlawful possession of marijuana, accused of having a clear plastic baggie and two glassine envelopes with him. The initial responding officer called for backup reporting a person he was attempting to put under arrest and was resisting. Disisto was apprehended on Mamaroneck Avenue.
On July 19, Disisto was taken into custody by village police at the Mamaroneck Village Court, where he was appearing on a summons. He had been pulled over on July 14 for a traffic violation and had been arrested at that time on previous charges of resisting arrest, unlicensed operation of a vehicle and a vehicle equipment infraction.
He is due back in court on July 26.

- A Mamaroneck village man was charged with assault in the third degree around 3 a.m. Sunday morning after he was accused of punching two men in the face. Edward Brabham has been released on $5,000 bail. Minor injuries were reported by the two other men.
- On Sunday around 11 a.m. a complaint was filed with village police that a car had been stolen on Washington Street. The 1993 Honda was found in White Plains later on that day.
- A Prospect Avenue woman called to report a man leaving a shed on her property Sunday around 3:30 p.m. Village police charged a 35-year-old village man with trespassing, a village code violation. The man is due in court on July 26.
